Facilitating Christian fellowship activities for visitors, residents, and employees.
Providing leadership development opportunities for ministry team members and seminarians.
Fostering positive relationships among seasonal co-workers and international staff.
Offering pastoral care during emergencies.
Team members are typically placed in summer positions with Xanterra at Mount Rushmore's restaurants and gift shops. The ministry team usually consists of four members serving together in the same park location. Mentorship is available for seminarians. Please note that Catholic Mass is not available at this location.

Program Fees

To participate, there is a program fee of $350, which covers training, program, and season expenses. A reduced fee of $275 is available for returning alumni. Some team members choose to raise support to help cover these costs.
